When you select this payment method, our system generates an order form for you to print and fax to us. Using this method, your sensitive credit card data is not transmitted over the Internet. Once you print out the order, simply fill in your payment information and fax to:

When you select this payment method, our system generates an order form for you to print and mail to us along with a money order or cashier's check (No personal checks).

We ship our merchandise via various ground methods. The estimated lead time is displayed on each product page. Please note that these lead times are only estimations. Other factors may increase the stated lead times (During the Christmas season, lead times may increase). If your product is on back order we will normally inform you by email, however, if you do not receive your product by the estimated time, please contact us.

There may be an additional charge for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We may deliver to P.O., F.P.O. or A.P.O. addresses at the customer's risk. Orders shipped by us and confirmed delivered complete the order and release us from all liability.

No free shipping on sale items...we will email you with the shipping cost before processing order, only sale items will be charged shipping cost For orders $50.00 & above.....shipping is free.
For Alaska and Hawaii.....reduced shipping cost. Call for Pricing. We gladly quote Overseas-shipping rates. Normally we will pay up to 10% of the order total, towards the shipping cost. Orders usually ship within 48 hours. We have a full service US Post Office in our store.

Sales tax on shipments to Ohio will be collected at a rate of 6.5%. Sales tax will only be collected on the merchandise subtotal. This amount will be added to your merchandise total and will reflect on your credit card charge.
