Many of our web-store customers call our store becuase they prefer to talk with a personal shopper. This is especially true when a customer is looking for particular pieces that may be retired or pieces that have yet to be released, have large orders, and/or just prefer to deal with a familiar voice. Since our store is quite large, many part time Sales Assiociates are not as familiar with collectibles as our Personal Shoppers.
