Q: If you are a Hallmark store why can I not find Hallmark product on your web store?
A:We are a Hallmark Store and we carry 95% of all Hallmark Product. Due to our contract with Hallmark we are not permitted to sell their product online. We can however take phone orders (1-888-4NANCYS(626297)) for Hallmark items. Store hours are 9AM - 9PM Monday - Friday, 9AM - 7PM Saturday and 12noon - 5PM Sunday, eastern time zone.

Above is the schedule order and ship times for Dept 56 products.
If we are sold out of any Seasonal items, this schedule will show when we can expect delivery on next years products.
After September, we can re-order Fall and Christmas items as long as they are available.
Valentine and Easter products are usually not re-order-able.

Q: What if the website doesn't list the item I am looking for?
A: We carry about 99% of Department Villages and Accessories. We try to keep our website up to date. But as you are well aware, Department 56 has hundreds of items in their catalogue. As yet, not all of these items are on our website. If you do not see a particular item, you can order any products by e-mail at nancysHMK@aol.com. Our website has excellent record keeping capabilities-and we prefer you order in this manner. However, you may order whichever way is best for you.

Q:When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Our web store shipping hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders received weekdays after 2:30 PM, and/or weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. All shipping quotes (U.S.P.S Priority Mail 2 to 3 Days Continental USA, U.S.P.S. Parcel Post 7 to 10 Days Continental USA etc.) refer to time frames after order processing. Times are subject to change.
